As you enter November, you'll have money management on your mind. The recent news about the global stock markets may have made you a little sensitive about your investments. There is no need to overreact. Stay calm. You have excellent career aspects and should do well compared to others. As long as you don't react emotionally and keep your head, you should make all the right decisions.

The new moon that occurred last month on October 28 was one of the best of the year. It conjoined Mars, your ruler, propelling you to want to act on financial matters to build security, but that's why I say that you should not act too rashly.

That new moon fell in your house of other people's money and was also in perfect angle to Uranus and Pluto, so you likely will find surprisingly positive financial opportunities if you look for them. It's a great time to call your financial adviser, banker, or broker to make sure you've made the right choices in your portfolio and to rebalance things if you both agree that it's necessary. If it is not, then leave things alone. It looks like you may be entering into a high earning phase soon, and you will be able to contribute more to your funds later.

If you want to raise money for a business venture, send your business plan to the right people - in November you'll get the best response so far. If you need a car loan, new mortgage, refinancing plan, or a scholarship, apply in the first week of November.

You can use the energy of this new moon a small scale, too. Call your phone company or Internet provider to make sure you are on the right plan. (I had to pay $48.00 for a four-minute call to Hamburg, Germany, recently to speak with my new editor. Yikes! My phone provider explained afterward that I didn't have the right package plan for international calling - even though I call outside the US all the time. It would also be the perfect month to go shopping for holiday gifts, and I will urge you to do so quickly. I am particularly concerned about a very angry full moon in Gemini that will occur on December 12 (plus or minus 3-4 days) next month, a full moon that could take everyone off course. Because it is coming shortly before the holidays, you may find yourself in a time crunch.

For Aries, this full moon December 12 will affect and possibly create problems in transportation or communication - we will talk more about this next month. You will not likely be the subject of this full moon, but more of a bystander. Nevertheless, I am strongly urging everyone to get as much holiday shopping, shipping, and decorating done by December 10, and that's a firm date. Seeing this full moon coming, I am putting up my Christmas tree ten days earlier than usual, even though I worry that my apartment may be a little warm for my tree! (Well, I will keep the heat off for the tree and wear sweaters!)

Whatever comes up near December 12 could cause everything on your schedule to slide as you scramble to attend to whatever the full moon asks of you. Be smart - this year this full moon wild card could put a monkey wrench in everything.

First, Neptune will turn direct on November 2, having been retrograde since May 26. Neptune is currently in your house of friendship, so your interactions with friends should become much more frequent and much more fun. You'll be able to depend on them more than you have ever since Neptune went retrograde at the end of May. Uranus went retrograde too - June 26 - and will turn direct at month's end, on November 27. You'll see that your life steps to a much faster beat from November 27 on, too!

Remarkably, in December next month, no planets will be retrograde, not one, not until December 31 when Saturn will turn retrograde. (A retrograde planet is a sleeping planet, emitting weaker beams - and not as helpful.) Mercury will begin to retrograde on January 11 and stay that way throughout the rest of January. While you have a superb, strong month like November, enjoy it for all it's worth!

Fantastic career news could arrive on November 10 - mark the date! The Sun and Jupiter will be beautifully angled, and the following day, November 11, Saturn will join in by sending a beam to the Sun as well.
