November finds you enthusiastic about your future, and rightly so! You're known to be an ambitious career soul, but in the first two weeks of November you will act more like a social Libra butterfly than the hardworking career Capricorn that we all know and love. You can afford to let down your hair a little-October emphasized your career, so now it's time for a little change.

In the first ten days of November, plan to spend time seeing friends, sharing confidences, and catching up with life's little details. Lunches and dinners that you book with friends will be time well spent. Plan a few nights out. You deserve a little fun!

Venus will enter Capricorn for the first time this year on November 12, stay until December 7, and will be a marvelous influence. By slowing down just a little, you will be able to get yourself in the mood for the coming holidays. Start thinking about the various outfits you'll need for the holiday parties you'll be attending. Venus will help you find flattering things.

You will want to be out and about, too, because Venus will work to increase your magnetism and get you noticed! It looks like you'll get a flurry of holiday invitations soon, so many that you may have to pick and choose among them!

When Pluto settles into Capricorn on November 27, it will mark a monumental moment, for Pluto will remain in your sign for the next 15 years! As astounding as this sounds, the last time Pluto visited Capricorn, it was during the span of years 1762 to 1777, which was the time of the American Revolution.

Why did it take so long for Pluto to return? It takes Pluto 246 years to make a complete revolution around the Sun, so once Pluto does move into a sign, he stays many years. That makes Pluto one of the most powerful planets in our solar system (even if he is a little dwarf planet) because staying so long, Pluto experiences tend to be indelible. No one alive today has any experience with Pluto in Capricorn, and that's exciting, and doubly so for you because you ARE a Capricorn!

What can Pluto do for you? Pluto is considered the planet of transformation, so if you want to transform any part of your life, you will now have long, sustained, and very gradual, encouraging help. You may redo your looks, your health or body shape, your finances, your career path, your love life-pick one or two and get started! Of course, you have to work at this, but for the first time in your life, you will have amazing support, the likes of which you've never had before.

Networking now will yield you many new contacts, and among them may be someone you'll want to get to know better. You may even meet a savvy older person, a person who will offer to be a mentor or advisor to your professional progress. You may want to consider agreeing to this offer, for this person would turn out to be a jewel to you.

Intellectually, with Saturn, your ruler, so well angled to Jupiter in Capricorn, you know your ideas are sound, and you may be ready to take them global. Good! You are thinking big, and rightly so. This is a magical time for you, dear Capricorn.

One of your first outstanding days of the month will occur on Monday, November 10, when a friend or group you belong to will become quite helpful to you, so much so that you may be deeply touched. If you are born on January 7, or within five days of this date, you should certainly be happy with a phone call from a friend, or a development that occurs at this time. Your friends adore you and it shows!

Romantically, an enchanting experience could easily be coming up for you at the full moon, November 13, plus or minus four days. That full moon will be the only one of the year to light your house of true love. It is so special that it could prove to be one of your favorite moments of the season or possibly of the year!

If you are single, you may meet someone new over this full moon period of November 13. If you are attached (or married), this full moon could bring on a truly beautiful social event, one not to miss. It would allow you to enjoy your partner in a way you have not been able to in weeks or months. Fun with your children could also be part of this full moon period, and if so, it would prove to be a memorable high point of the year. You may travel unexpectedly at this November 13 full moon, too, continuing into the weekend of November 15-16. Speaking of money, now that Neptune, ruler of your solar second house of money, is turning direct on November 2 after months of being retrograde, you will make better progress in getting a raise or an improved compensation package in the months ahead. Late January and February '09 look particularly bright for increasing your income dramatically. This month, you may get exciting financial news as soon as November 7-10.

Your career will have several wonder-moments this month. Where you have been working on a creative project, you will see a fine finish to it within three days of the full moon, November 13. Uranus will challenge Saturn on November 4 in a major dialogue that will begin this month and be repeated twice in 2009, February 4 and September 15, and twice more as these oppositions continue on April 26 and July 26, 2010.

You could not find two planets more opposite in nature. Uranus is all about innovation, rebellion, and the breaking of old structures. Saturn is a conservative planet that preserves what is of value from the past.

Now that these two planets will be in 180 degree opposition, there will be a great opportunity to move forward assertively, but all the while mindful that you must not throw out the baby with the bathwater. Innovate yes, but not at the price of tossing out everything you've achieved. As a society, we will have this meditation, and many will have this discussion on a personal level, too. Your ruling planet is Saturn, so you may feel this aspect more directly.

These two planets will have their dialogues in your two houses of opinion and learning, so you may feel a need to revise or update a long held attitude or opinion. You may have been true to a certain belief for years, but much to your surprise, your loyalty to that principle may now seem to be of little or lesser value, in the light of emerging information and your increased maturity.

It is clear your perspective will change through the coming years, but it not clear why or how. It may be that previously you were focused on one small part of the mosaic and failed to see the larger picture. You will see it now. Or, it may be that the larger picture has gradually changed, but being busy, you didn't notice until now.

It may also be that as you come close to seeing victory on certain priorities that you've held, it's time to draw up new goals or reshuffle the deck of priorities, put them in a new order. There are many possibilities, but what matters is that you will be flexible and open to new ideas, and you will filter all this in a way that feels right for you in the era you are in now.

The second half of November will find you in a quiet, solitary mode. While the first half of November will have you buzzing from flower to flower, the second half will find you contemplating the beauty of one or two individual blooms. In other words, you'll go from external to internal-there's a world of beauty in both, but now you seem intent on plumbing your depths in preparation for your new year.

You will be reflective and philosophical, and that's precisely the way you should be one month prior to your birthday. Before the Sun moves into Capricorn, spend a little time thinking about what you hope for your year ahead. Thinking is always the more important part of the equation that leads to action.

You have a cornucopia of wonder aspects this month, and here is one of several big ones. On November 21, Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, will send a golden beam to Saturn, your guardian planet. This sweet conversation between Saturn and Jupiter only happens rarely-the next time these two powerhouse planets will have a similar discussion will be July 2012!

Rare aspects are always felt more strongly than commonplace ones, for they stand out, and November 21, and the days leading to this day, will show you in no uncertain terms the reasons you should be optimistic about your future. This would be a fine time either to open talks or to finalize a deal, confident that you are standing on firm ground and heading in the right direction. This day is solid gold, dear Capricorn.

Any venture related to publishing, broadcasting, university teaching or study, or having to do with international relationships or charities will do exceptionally well for you, too, on or near November 21.

The month will end on a spectacular aspect, one that comes only once a year, a meeting of Venus and Jupiter. Every year these two planets choose a different constellation to meet in, and this year they will meet in Capricorn. Wow!

Venus and Jupiter will meet in Capricorn on November 30-December 1, but you will feel the energy building as early as November 28. Adding to this beautiful aspect will be a lovely interaction between Venus and Uranus, planet of surprise, on November 28. Wow, what a way to end the month! You should go out Friday, November 28-you could have quite an exciting, romantic evening!

Venus rules your house of true love, so her interplay with Jupiter on November 30 and December 1 will bring you another divine evening for your personal life. You may fall in love or rekindle love in a way that it feels brand new at month's end. You may get engaged or make big plans for the future. Whatever occurs during this period, November 28-December 1 seems to bring on a warm and loving experience, and it may all happen in quite a luxurious setting.

Venus rules your natural tenth house of honors, fame, and career achievement too, so you can expect to hear some out-of-this-world news about your professional life at the same time. This full moon falls in fellow earth sign Taurus, a sensual, luxury-loving sign that will be just perfect for creating a setting for exchanging sweet thoughts and sentimental words.

You may travel over this full moon too (extending into the weekend of November 15-16) and if so, it'll be a great time to go.

Financially, you soon will be enjoying an improved picture, now that Neptune is turning direct on November 2, and Uranus, ruler of your earned income house, will do the same on November 27.

If you have worked hard and feel you deserve a raise, and your requests have been to no avail since late May and June, the reason that things have remained so deadlocked might have been because you've lacked cosmic support. Now, with the move of Neptune and Uranus moving to stronger direct speed, you have a much better chance at getting your raise. Actually, 2009 should be sensational for earning more money, especially at the end of January and into February!

Keep working hard. In fact, the seeds you plant in 2008 will have direct bearing on the profits you see in 2009. You have two more months before that first phase ends, so hurry and see the influential people you need in order to lift off your new ventures in 2009. This month your friends will help open those doors, so if you need help, ask. Trust that in 2009 you will be rewarded for all your efforts. Pluto's move into Capricorn on November 27 will see that you become a force to be reckoned with in years to come. Pluto will remain in Capricorn for 15 years! This planet is known to be one that helps in transformations of all kinds, in regard to health, career, your appearance, money, and other areas. If you feel that one part of your life needs a redo, you'll have that chance to make it happen, and you'll do it the right way, slowly, brick by brick. Changes you make will be the right ones, and best of all, they will last!

There is one cloud on the horizon that I did not touch on in the main body of your report, so I will mention it here. On the full moon next month, December 12, a work project will come to a culmination, but due to hard aspects associated with this full moon, you may find it to be a very tense time. I mention it because it falls so close to Christmas and Hanukkah. I am not sure if you'll find it hard to complete the project because of time restraints, or because coworkers will be missing in action or be cranky and uncooperative. Something seems to be up at the office, and it appears to be giving you a lot of tension.

My advice is that you get your holiday shopping and shipping done in November, and no later than December 9. Once that full moon delivers its message (possibly as early as December 10 or as late as December 16), you will need to give whatever is happening at your office your full attention. You seem to be thinking about whatever comes up over the ensuing weekend, December 13-14, too. I feel you may not be able to complete your holiday list of things to do, as this full moon will be a very jarring and distracting influence.

December 12 is a popular time to ship packages at the post office, so plan to ship no later than December 9. If you have children and other family members depending on you to make the holiday fun, knowing this full moon will be stressful will urge you to clear your calendar prior to December 12. Fortunately, by the time the holidays come by, gradually you will be able to regain your sense of balance, but for a while, some of the time you thought you had to get ready for the holiday will disappear into a black hole.

Your solar sixth house will be activated, so it's possible that you will not be feeling as energetic as you normally do, or that you will be susceptible to colds and flu. Last year I got the flu on December 15 and saw my holiday start to unravel before my eyes, all the while feeling helpless. This year I went for my flu shot early (it takes three weeks to work), and I will also put up my Christmas tree on December 6, a good deal earlier than usual.

Everyone of every sign will feel the fallout of this angry full moon December 12. Keep in mind that this full moon will be in Gemini, not Capricorn, so you may not feel the effects as strongly as the mutable signs of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo and Pisces. Even so, you may feel pulled off course for a few days, and those may be days you desperately need to get things done at holiday time!

Going back to my discussion of November, I am so happy to report you have two sensational aspects at November's end.

The first, coming November 28, will be an interplay of Venus-in-Capricorn with Uranus, planet of surprise, sure to bubble up romantic fun and chance encounters!

Then will come the most divine aspect, Venus and Jupiter, both in Capricorn, set to meet over November 30-December 1. Together they will waltz across the star-studded sky! While Venus and Jupiter, the great benefic planet, meet once a year, it takes 12 years for them to meet in Capricorn! This will be a four-star day, one made just for love and fun for you.
