The new moon on July 2 will open the road toward a better financial future. Jupiter, planet of financial abundance, will partner with this new moon, an excellent sign of impending success. Venus will have a prominent position at this new moon too, another sure sign that you can create a stronger cash flow if you get cracking soon.

Finally, Uranus, planet of surprise, is in your house of career reputation, and will be friendly to this new moon as well. The mathematical degrees of the orbs of Uranus and the new moon will be wide (in astrology we prefer aspects to be tight), but nevertheless these degrees will be within certain tolerances. I feel you may benefit from a surprise job offer that would arise suddenly in the first two weeks.

The house that will be strongly lit up for you is the second house of income. With Uranus in your tenth house of career prestige receiving beams from this new moon, it's clear that your past efforts have brought you to this juncture. The harder and smarter you have worked in the past, the more you will benefit this month.

Venus' presence additionally suggests that you may sell a creative idea that nets you a tidy sum. Watch the types of conversations that come up during July 2-17. Follow up on any offers that you feel are intriguing, even if you're not sure they are what you want - you may like things more as you get closer to the details.

The vibrations a few days later, on July 6, will be especially wonderful. Venus and Uranus will be in close communication and in the end, these planets may help you see money. Give July 6 a plus or minus two days on either side of this date.

Another sterling day to negotiate for money or ask for a raise will be July 14, when the Sun and Uranus are beautifully angled. One VIP will be very impressed with your talents and experience, so it'll be a magical day for a meeting, interview, or presentation.

The full moon, July 18, will bring financial talks to culmination. This is a good full moon, and happily this one will be devoid of any detracting elements. It will light your eighth house of other people's money, so while you may have to pay out a hefty check at this time (or near it), you will also likely see money come in. You may get a commission check, economic stimulus check or other refund from the government, prize, gift, loan, scholarship, mortgage, bank loan, or infusion of venture capital, as a few examples. This is sure to be a big moment, and one chunk of cash seems destined to find you.

Aside from finances, your other big topic of conversation in July will likely center on your home. Mars is moving through Virgo in your real estate / property / home / family sector, giving you the impetus to get organized at home. Planets in Virgo may even go as far as to urge you to get things very clean. Of course, this is an option - not a dictate. If you have wanted to decrease clutter, here's your chance. Saturn is spending a long time in this same area, your home sector, suggesting that from now to October 2009 next year you may consider doing some sort of renovation that would require demolition on a large or small level. This month, with other planets touring home-oriented Cancer, would be a terrific time to look at model rooms to gather ideas and costs. Jupiter's position shows that you would have the money you need for the project, if not now, by year's end.

Saturn's position alternatively could point out a burdensome situation of some sort that is operating at home. You may wish you could sell your house and move into a new one but can't do so because you simply haven't had the right offers. If that's the case, your situation should improve dramatically by late October 2009, the date Saturn will finally move out of your house of home.

Saturn often requires very difficult decisions about the appropriation of resources. You may feel crowded into a small, dark apartment that you've outgrown, but are unable to easily find the right space. If this describes your situation, keep looking.

If you don't see any developments in that time, look to the new moon on August 30. The two weeks that follow could bring exciting developments. After that, look to late December 2008 when a large number of planets in Capricorn will bring good financial news, perhaps indicating you'll be selling or buying a house.

There will be one other day to watch for excellent news about money. Circle July 26, when you may get the green light to announce plans for upcoming changes in regard to your home or a family decision. Mars will be beautifully angled to Jupiter on July 26, so a project should bolt forward. You'll be so happy to be proceeding!

Let's change the subject for now, and look at other things going on in your chart. Mercury rules Gemini, so Mercury takes special care of you. Every month, it's important to check to see the type of discussions Mercury will make with other planets, for those conversations will have ramifications to you. Happily, Mercury will have a number of very positive communications and only one difficult one, so let's look at all of those now in chronological order.

July 5 could be a day when you need to watch what you say or write, for a slip could come back to bite you professionally. This day will be a Saturday, but some people do work on weekends. Fortunately, in the United States this day will be part of the Fourth of July weekend when most people will be on holiday. This same day may bring travel problems, however, so ask your mechanic to check to be sure that your car is in good working order before heading out.

On July 14, Mercury will signal Saturn in a very friendly way, creating a wonderful day to sign a contract or make a verbal commitment. Promises made on this day will be in effect a very long time, which, for many, will be a happy prospect.

The next day, July 15, will also be noteworthy, as Mercury will be in an angle to Mars that denotes "opportunity." Mars will be in your home sector, so you may be making plans to refurbish or redesign your home or to buy or sell property. All property, home, and family decisions will go well.

On July 22, your ruler Mercury will speak to Uranus, and could bring the most surprising, out-of-the-blue news possible about salary. If you are in talks that require that you be resourceful, on this day you will be on top of your game. This should be a zinger of a day! All news should be good news on this marvelous day for Gemini.

Romantically, things will perk up as soon as Venus enters Leo on July 12 (until August 5), and a bit more when the Sun joins Venus in Leo on July 22 (until August 22). Travel and romance will be powerfully linked in July, and thankfully, you need not go too far to take full advantage of this trend.

Although things are better after July 12, other aspects going on will help out. You can look forward to sweet nights for love on the following days: July 1, 5, 9, 14, 18-19, 24, 27, and 31.
