This month, you'll get a chance to manage your cash flow, and you should take it. As you start November, you seem to be spending large amounts of cash. This flow outward may be alarming you, or you may have expected the outlays of money you are making and have prepared for it.

Let's hope it's the latter, for if not, things will come to a culmination on the full moon November 13, when the piper will need to be paid. This particular piper may be your credit card company, or it may be the tuition you need to send to your college. It might be money for a new house you're buying, or an outlay for a computer. For whatever reason, you appear to be writing a large check at mid-month.

The good news is that you won't just have outgo, but a solid chance to increase your income, too. The new moon that appeared at the end of October will be just cranking up its energy. Late last month it appeared in your house of salary, a wonderful, once-a-year event, so you can catch its wave if you act quickly.

Ask for a raise or negotiate for higher salary for a new job in November's first week, for after that energy will fade. You may be surprised at the ease in which you can get the amount you want approved, for early November will be your best time of the year to open talks. You may have to continue these talks for weeks or even months ahead, but what will matter most is that you begin talks now, as early in November as possible.

You'll be encouraged by events that take place near November 14 -16, when it will be clear your hard work is being acknowledged by all the right people. News of a generous financial payment could strike like lightning, and when it does, you'll jump for joy.

At nearly the same time of the month, from November 17 on, your monster expenses will drop noticeably, thanks to the impending move of Mars to Sagittarius. Mars will not inflame those credit card balances any longer, so that will help, too. Whew! That IS good news.

Romantically, the move of Neptune to direct speed on November 2 bodes so very well for your love life. If you've been unable to move forward because of a past disappointment, feelings of resentment over a recent incident, or due to a broken love affair, now you have hope to be able to fix things up again or move on. Neptune's speedier orbit will help you center yourself and help you overcome those obstacles. Watch the days that surround November 2 for a sure sign of which way to go.

If you are married or seriously attached, and had put off your decision about whether or not to have a baby, Neptune's lyrical change in the right direction will also help you make that decision. Again, days surrounding November 2 could prove pivotal.

November 3 brings a rocky day for love, but don't take this as a bad sign - better days are due.

Single or attached, on November 12, when Venus conjoins Pluto, you'll come across as powerful, strong, intense, and passionately sexy. No one would be able to resist you!

Another planet associated with your fifth house, Uranus, has also been retrograde for months, so your relationship my not have been going along in the way you had hoped. Thankfully, Uranus goes direct on November 27, so in other ways, better days are due. Both Uranus and Neptune are on your side now, so you should see dramatic difference in your romantic relationship in months ahead (particularly in late January and February).

My very favorite days for romance for you will be November 2, 5, 28, 29, and best of all, November 30-December 1. There are other days, so check those in my "dates to watch" list at the bottom of your forecast.

Let's talk about November 30-December 1 for a moment because it's due to be SUCH a wonderful day for you. At that time, Venus, your ruling planet (hence, a planet that means more to you than most of the other signs), will make its annual conjunction to Jupiter, planet of good fortune. This is great news! These two planets will meet in your house of home, making your home the happiest place for you to be at the time. Romantically, it could not be better, so you might want to invite a special someone over for a dinner you cook up. Your happiest place on these days would certainly be home.

Next month it appears you will be traveling quite a bit, but if you have a trip scheduled for the time near the full moon, December 12, it appears there may be delays. Or, if you plan to see a client at a distant point, or will be on the phone and e-mail a lot with a client based at a great distance from you, unexpected difficulties may come up out of the blue.

I am not happy with the angry full moon of December 12 next month (add plus or minus of three days), and I am adding a note about it to all signs so that everyone has time to get ready. I would like you to clear your calendar as much as you can. You will not be the subject of this full moon - the mutable signs of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, and Pisces will be - so you may be cast in the role of helper to others at this time.

Mars, Uranus, Saturn, and the Sun will be at a very tight, difficult grand mutable cross, bringing to a head a matter that has been simmering for a long time. If you have a court case pending, you may hear back at this full moon, or it may have something to do with an academic test or admission. Or, as I mentioned previously, this could have to do with a client based at a distance, or a trip you are taking that seems to bring up too many obstacles to count.

This December 12 full moon is in Gemini, a sign that blends well with your Libra Sun, so you may be able to negotiate yourself out of a tight spot should you find yourself in one (and I am not saying you will, only that you might). Even so, your emotions will be stirred up and you will be very distracted over the ensuing weekend (December 13-14) by whatever news reaches you.

I am so sorry to have to report this, especially in a month known to be so joyous and peaceful. Thankfully this full moon will occur two weeks before Christmas and Hanukkah, so that could be enough time to allow everyone, of every sign, to regroup and still have a happy holiday. Time will be tighter than you suppose this month, however, and you may find yourself running out of time to get things done.

The best way to deal with this full moon in mid-December is to get everything you had planned to do in December done in November. You will need a light schedule in mid-December to respond to things quickly, and if you are too overloaded with things to do next month, you will feel very squeezed and tense. If we all prepare, there will be no reason to feel that way.

Do your holiday shopping, wrapping, and shipping this month, while the planets are shining so brightly. Even if nothing happens to your schedule, if you get things done early, you will have a better holiday month, moving through the holidays with ease. Also, you won't have to pay high last-minute express shipping costs if you plan ahead, and that will leave you more cash to spend on family and friends. All things considered, this is the way to go.

At November's end, consider throwing a party at home - not in a club - on Friday, November 28. With Venus luring Uranus with her magnetic charms, you'll blow everyone away with your ability to bubble up a fantastic party. Friends will shower you with compliments.

Is Friday night, November 28, not good for you? November's end will bring even more wonderful home-related news. Then consider giving a party over the November 29-30 weekend - Venus and Jupiter will oversee things and make it a success. You may even meet someone special, a guest that a friend brings along to introduce to you.

You can also use these energies of Venus to Jupiter to buy something new and beautiful for your apartment or house, either on a little scale (new placemats) or a big one (a gorgeous new rug). Venus and Jupiter will see to it that whatever you do, it will make your space much more beautiful. If you are moving into a new space that weekend, mama mia, it will be so lovely, you will love it forever.

Speaking of home, if you have a favorite domestic project or hope to buy or sell, you could hit the bull's eye on November 9 or 10 when Jupiter and the Sun will collaborate and both will be pulling for you.

Pluto will move into your home and family sector for the next 15 years on November 26, a monumental development. Pluto has not been in Capricorn (the sign that rules your solar home sector) since the time of the American Revolution! While in this house, Pluto will stir up many deeply held feelings you've been holding on to about your childhood or family life. While Pluto stirs things up in coming years, it may not always be easy to see new truths, but it will be necessary for you to see them, for you will receive greater clarity, and possibly even an "Aha!" moment. This is a very long trend, and Pluto works gradually, not suddenly. It's all for good, dear Libra.

By month's end, you will be winding down. You will be in a quieter internal mode, and it will be a good time to review the year that you have just come through. It may be hard to believe 2008 is coming to a close in just a matter of weeks.

If you have things to do that only can be done alone, such as to do research; finish writing an article, book, or thesis; or if you need to focus on a creative project, the new moon on November 27 (plus two weeks) will allow you to get to those projects - maybe even finish them by year's end. At the new moon on November 27, you may take a short trip - it won't take you far, but it would be great fun. With Venus in perfect angle to Uranus, romantically and in other ways, you'll be in fine spirits!
