In September, the most important actions that occur in your life will take place offstage, out of the glare of public attention. With a solar eclipse on September 11 and Saturn moving into this part of your chart, you seem to want to retreat and think about your next move. That would be wise. The environment in which you are operating is changing, and the shifts that are taking place may be too subtle to see if you aren't paying attention. During the first three weeks of September, keep your ear to the ground - it may be interesting what you pick up.
While you are in quiet, pensive mode, reassess your priorities and perfect your future strategy. Even if you come to the same conclusions, you'll be glad you went though the exercise. You might take a wait-and-see approach on some topics, particularly those related to career, as lots of news appears to be surfacing, and once you have it, you can refine your plans.
At the lunar eclipse in late August, you began to see sudden shifts surface in your office, mainly in terms of personnel or changes in the needs of clients. Now, in September, more will be revealed and secrets that others tried to hide from you will be exposed. Once the truth is out, you'll see the bigger picture, and you will be able to finalize plans for your future. This will all have an emotional impact on you, of course, because chances are that you will have not noticed what was brewing.
Watch what occurs just after September 11 when someone's plans come out in the open, full force. This could be a detractor, or it could be management, bent on instituting structural changes. An eclipse of the Sun always floodlights the area of the chart where the eclipse occurs, and in your case, it's the twelfth house of behind-closed-doors conversations and actions.
Remember that eclipses sometimes don't deliver their news for one month to the day later, so watch September 28 and October 11 in case news was not delivered on August 28 or won't be yet in the week that follows the eclipse on September 11.
You need not be too concerned with all this because in another part of your chart, Mars is making preparations to brilliantly light your tenth house of honors, awards, achievement, and fame. This will be the first time in two years you've had this favor, and it's substantial! Mars usually take seven weeks to move through a sector of the chart, but beginning on September 28, Mars will begin an over six-month journey through your career house. Your chances for promotion and an increase in status have never been better! My goodness, your career will be on fire from end-of-September though mid-May 2008!
As you see, no matter what is going on in your office, you seem to be untouchable and unstoppable. If you find that there is simply too much political intrigue at your present job, pick up and leave - you'll not lack offers, that's for sure. January could prove to be your best month for finding the right position, but to get it you'll need some lead time, so you might want to start interviewing for it in November.
Mercury will be retrograde from October 13 to 31. Even though Mercury won't start to retrograde until mid-month, you'll feel the slowdowns that this planet in retrograde brings as soon as October opens. Since Mercury is the planet that governs communication, contracts, negotiations, electronics, commerce, and transportation, to be safe, plan not to make any big decisions or purchases in October.
The other major development in September is that Venus will move direct on September 8 after being retrograde since July 27. Immediately you should feel a refreshing, liberating change. Projects that were stalled will push forward, and relationships that were tangled in miscommunication will become more lucid and easy to navigate. You'll feel as if you've been given the green light to bolt forward, and that sounds exactly right!
You seem ready to take on the responsibility for someone's health or welfare, whether that person may be a beloved relative or close friend. You always do well in the role of advocate, and the person you help will be grateful. This would be due to Saturn's move into Virgo, a positive development. In September you seem to be interacting with many medical staffers, whether as a concerned observer or as a participant. Your love for this person will coax you to do this, and there will be no one better to make sure this person gets the help he or she needs.
You may also decide to have your own health checked. It is a good time to have your teeth brightened by your dentist, or to see a podiatrist to finally take care of a painful foot problem. You need to keep your own health strong, as it appears one or more will be depending on you, now and in months ahead.
It appears travel will be on your agenda too. If so, you will welcome the opportunity. Getting away, whether for work or pleasure, will help you put all the events in your life in proper perspective. Indeed, travel will be an outstandingly positive area of your life, sure to bring you plenty of happy experiences.
One date that will illustrate this point beautifully will be September 3, when Mars and Venus will interact in the most charming way. That day brings travel for fun. Be sure your car is in good working order, however, for on the same day a tiff between Mars and Uranus could bring engine trouble. If you've had a car tune-up, you should sail through this time easily.
You can choose any day to travel, but the one-day you might want to stay home would be September 21, particularly if your trip is for business. Someone seems not to want to see your point of view, so talks would be exhausting and tense.
By the time you get to month's end, a close romantic or business relationship will take center stage. A bright and brilliant full moon in Aries will appear on September 26, operative plus or minus four days. This full moon should bring a stunning development in regard to a partner. You may get engaged, married, or make a major commitment to a business partner.
This full moon is about closure, so if you have nagging doubts about the union, you may break free. If so, you will feel better for having the courage to speak up. All sorts of important developments involving partnership and collaborations are due, for this full moon will urge you to make up your mind about this person and your future.
This full moon September 26 looks very positive, so I doubt you'll have an upsetting episode. I need to mention the possibility of a breakup because I can't see everything in your chart, dear Libra, but I certainly don't think it's likely. I say that because at this full moon September 26, Jupiter will be standing by to give you the words you need to communicate with loving kindness, and you should be happy with the results.

Romantically, this month Saturn moves out of your eleventh house of friends, fun, and new contacts. This will instantly enliven your social life and bring back the fun you used to have with friends. Even if you didn't move, over the past two years, you probably found that you, or your friends, were too preoccupied to find the time to get together. Life may have been lackluster, but no more.
