You are now halfway through your journey with Saturn in Virgo, a process that began in September 2007 and has one more year to go. Although Saturn stays with us for two years, we only feel Saturn most for about nine months, during the time Saturn is mathematically within five degrees of a direct opposition to your Sun.

Now let's turn our attention to this month, September. I will admit that this month won't feel easy during the first two weeks. Some of the year's hardest aspects will arrive at that time. Everyone, of every sign, will feel these aspects, of course, but the mutable signs will be particularly so - Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, and Sagittarius. Think of September as a month when you'll know what's valuable and what's not. Don't bemoan anything or anyone that you need to leave behind. Those are part of your past, dear Pisces, not your future.

On September 3, Saturn will conjunct the Sun in Virgo - it will be nobody's favorite day. This day seems weighed down with too much reality when you need to see someone as they really are, and not as you imagined them to be.

A partner or collaborator - in your personal life or in the romantic sense - may be very critical. If so, try not to take to heart all that is said. As a Pisces, your strength is your exquisite sensitivity, but during times like this, you may overreact to this person's words. The time near the full moon in Pisces, September 15, is to potentially be your hardest of the month. Keep your guard up as early as September 13, when Uranus in Pisces will oppose the Sun in Virgo. That will be your first indication that a partner, competitor, or detractor is about to act up in a very erratic, unpredictable way.

This is a powerful aspect known to cause sudden separations or breaks or to leave a permanent emotional scar with all that is said. If you feel your partner is important to you, you may want to be careful about what you say near September 13-15. This suggests you will settle on a good course of action and affect a good outcome, despite the initial shock that you may feel at mid-month, due to Uranus' antics.

If you are a Pisces born on March 13, plus or minus five days, you will likely feel the affects of this full moon most.

You seem to be spending money this month, but hopefully, it is because you need new things and not because you have expenses come up! Venus will be touring your eighth house of joint income along with Mars and Mercury, so you may sell an artistic idea that nets you a tidy sum, qualify for generous overtime pay, or earn a commission. There are many ways you may see side money arrive that you weren't expecting.

Watch September 11 for excellent news involving money, thanks to the rare meeting of Venus and Mars in a financial part of your chart. This is a star-spangled day, deserving of a gold star on your calendar. Use it for making a presentation; having a job interview; making a key negotiation, sale, or purchase; or for any other financially-oriented actions.

Even more income could show up after the new moon, September 29. This new moon in Libra will appear in the same area as the friendly trio of planets (Venus, Mercury, and Mars) will be, namely your eighth house of joint finances. This house also rules credit, taxes, and income and financial obligations. You may get good news about a mortgage, refinancing plan, venture capital, a scholarship, or insurance company payout, as some examples, or if you owe back taxes, you may work out a good repayment plan.

Mercury will retrograde from September 23 to October 15, so you will need to finish up all key actions in early September. You would not want to sign a contract, begin a new job, or purchase anything expensive (and certainly not an electronic item or machine) during this phase. There will be bright spots in September - your finances should be excellent. Your expenses have run very heavy lately, but will lighten at month's end.
