The month at first may begin rather quietly, but the beat will pick up noticeably by the new moon, April 5. At that time, you'll get much busier. While it would be a great idea to take on new projects, it would not be a good idea to switch jobs this month, however. Any new job title you would take this month would likely be a lateral move - no matter what you are told at the interview. Hold out for the job offer that will come to you in late May, any time in June, or just prior to the friendly career-oriented solar eclipse August 1. That's the job you want, for it will put you on top of the mountain.

The rule of not changing jobs in April would not apply if you have Cancer rising, for this sign (and those with Cancer rising) will get the right opportunities to make a big step up in April. April 22 would be best used for a romantic getaway, so if possible, plan to leave over the weekend of April 20 and extend your stay to include Tuesday, April 22, and a gem of a day if there ever was one!

Mercury will be very busy this month, contacting many planets and moving at strong, sure orbit. Mercury will be in a tense conversation with Pluto on April 3 and with Mars on April 10, but if you notice things going haywire or becoming tense, don't become concerned. Everything will begin to move in the right direction shortly thereafter - in fact, Mercury is about to become your best buddy by month's end.

By the last week in April, Mercury will be IN your solar seventh house of partners. Since Mercury RULES your eleventh house of other people's money (eighth house), the two houses will sparkle for you, separately and together. A partner may be responsible for bringing you an infusion of cash, for example. Or, if these houses act independently, you may earn a big bonus at work and decide to have a night on the town with your darling spouse!
