Last month - February - was a confusing month, for you received many mixed messages. The eclipse of February 6 seems to have opened discussions about your home, or if not, possibly about the care of a parent or other family member. Eclipses change our priorities and speed up timetables, and they show us that being flexible is always a very good quality to cultivate.

If you didn't hear any news about home or family last month in the days following February 6, watch March 6 plus or minus four days for news. Sometimes an eclipse will deliver news one month to the day later.

Once you know what is up - and if you were born near November 7 you will almost certainly be affected - it may help to know that mid-August will allow you to institute the changes you are thinking about. If you already made a major home or family-oriented move or change, then near the lunar eclipse August 16 you will make a few other changes or tweaks to your plan.

Venus will visit your home sector this month, during the first eleven days of March, so if you want to buy things for your home, paint, or do other improvements, you might want to make them prior to March 12 when Venus will help ensure you like the changes you make.

Also, if you plan to entertain this month - a grand idea - do so on one of your most magical and romantic evenings of the whole season, March 6. Venus and Neptune will shimmer in the night sky then, and it doesn't get any better than that! These planets will meet in your house of home, so to enjoy this aspect, be sure you entertain at home, not in a club or restaurant!

In March, you will have sensational aspects for romance, some of the very best I have ever seen for you! It will all begin at the new moon in deeply emotional, compassionate, and loving Pisces, March 7. This new moon is unlike any you've experienced before, for the moon and Sun will conjoin Uranus, the planet of all things unexpected, and they will do so in your house of true love. What a major moment of the year this new moon creates!

A new moon has the power to change the course of your life for at least a year to come (if not more than that). All will depend on the types of actions you take in the days following that new moon. While it is possible that you will meet someone on your own, why not help things along by asking friends to help by making introductions? Attend parties, try out Internet dating, or do whatever you think might work, but do so prudently, of course. (You will anyway, I know.)

If you are single, dear Scorpio, this is the new moon you've long awaited! Surprises will abound, and whether it comes as a chance meeting, blind date, or as an unexpected introduction, you are likely to have a spontaneous meeting that starts your pulse racing at double time. Uranus can be volatile, so your aim should be to stabilize things by not heating up the relationship too quickly. It will be hard NOT too - the chemistry will be terrific! Still, it's best to go slowly.

Jupiter, the good fortune planet, is currently in a long, slow tour of your 3rd house of communication, so you may have fun texting flirty messages back and forth. Delicious!

There is also a chance that you will be meeting your new romantic interest on a short trip out of town. If you are attached, Jupiter's position will increase feelings of love by taking a little trip. If you have hoped to have a baby, the new moon in fertile, water sign Pisces would be an ideal time to try for conception. If on the other hand, you experience an unexpected pregnancy, you may be happy. You'll be surrounded by many friendly aspects, so even though you are not expecting this event, you may view it as a joyous blessing. Mars will be in beautiful position, and so will Jupiter - you have all forces with you, dear Scorpio. If you or your mate is pregnant now, get the baby bassinette ready - your baby may arrive sooner than you think (namely, this month).

Those with older children will find that one child will bring news, perhaps that your child did very well on an important exam, or made the football team, or made Dean's list. You get the idea of the type of news you could get - the kind that warrants a family night out! If your child is an actor, sings, dances, or is involved with one of the cultural arts, he or she may score a big breakthrough now. Something that occurs should make you proud.

Speaking of creativity, if you work in a creative field or have a hobby you are very serious about, you will see enormous progress just after the new moon March 7. This new moon will be filled with inspiration and imagination. I just love this new moon for you!

Now let's turn to a completely different topic, which will be generated by a new placement of Mars, your secondary ruler. Think back to late September, October, and early November. At the time, your chart showed that you were thinking about foreign people or places, or about a project involving the media, possibly an endeavor involving publishing or broadcasting. Alternatively, you may have been focused on a legal matter or situation that involving your pursuit of a college degree. Whatever you were working on, you were making good progress until mid-November. After that, however, it was as if the universe put on the brakes, for after that, and ever since, it's been hard for you to see any progress.

The reason is that Mars went retrograde on November 15, explaining why you probably had problems getting your momentum back. At the end of January, Mars normalized its orbit and went direct speed, but because Mars had by then slid back into Gemini, you had to be patient until it made its way back to the constellation of Cancer again.

On March 4, Mars will reach Cancer and life will favor you again. Now that Mars will finally be back in fellow water sign Cancer, Mars can support all the areas I just listed, one of which you probably were focused on last autumn. This time you have every reason to feel you will have a good chance to see solid results.

In your haste to get these projects going again, take it slow to start. You seem to have a difficult person who is about to make a power play and change some of the rules of the game. If you don't see this confrontation coming - and you may see it only at the onset of this trend, near March 6 or 7 or so - you may lose your cool and give up by throwing in the towel. Don't. Diplomacy and patience will be the only way to deal with this situation. The problem will be Mars opposed to Pluto, but Saturn will be well angled to both Mars and Pluto in another angle of the chart, so the long-range outcome is likely to work well, despite your fears that it might not.

Having Mars in Cancer will help you in other ways. If you felt as though you'd been swimming against the tide, things will almost instantly seem easier. Having Mars in a fellow water sign will make all the difference. You won't have to spend so much time exerting yourself to gain favor from others. The relationships and endeavors you want so passionately will come more easily to you. Isn't that wonderful news?

Financially, things will get much better from now on. In February you probably saw expenses rise along with credit card balances, for last month Mars was moving through your solar 8th house, and spending usually increases during those times. Mercury was retrograde in February too, so all in all, it was not an easy month. All that is behind you now. You won't have those monster expenses any more - in fact, you won't be thinking or worrying about money so much in months to come.

Now let's have a look at the full moon, due March 21. This full moon, plus or minus four days from March 21, will light your 12th house of endings. It could mark the moment when you finally decide to end a habit that you feel is detrimental. No matter what it might be - something that sabotages your health, romantic prospects, finances, or your career progress - you name it - this full moon can help you banish it once and for all.

This full moon, falling in Libra, will be at odds with the Sun in Aries, Mars in Cancer, and Pluto in Capricorn. These are all cardinal signs, considered to be extremely powerful and energetic, producing what is called "a cardinal cross." As the old axiom goes, sometimes things have to get a little worse before they get a lot better. This could be the case for you now. Configurations like this allow you to see the truth of a situation clearly so that you become energized to fix it.

If you look up the word "inertia" in the dictionary, it doesn't mean laziness, so that's not likely the reason you haven't been able to overturn this behavior. Inertia means that the body will remain either at rest or continue moving in certain straight-line course unless acted upon by a stronger outside directional force. Suddenly you find it easy to lose those extra pounds! (My male readers, if you love women, just substitute Angelina Jolie's name.) You see what I mean. Your motivation will be very high to look great! There are an unlimited number of examples of this outside force that could come up now, but the point is, this full moon can give you the courage and determination to do what you've long promised yourself you'd do. Full moons have the power to bring resolutions to a clear culmination in a way that demands action. At the time, the Sun and full moon will both be traveling in houses ruling mental and physical health, so the goal appears to be something that would be health-oriented. At the same time, Mars and Pluto will be moving through houses ruling attitude and perception. Planets at 90 and 180-degree angles help us reach a transformative point. In order to give up one thing, you need to replace it with something you want more, and that seems to be what will happen at this time.

At this time of the month, near March 21, go about your plan in a sensible way. This would be no time for extremes. If you feel you need extra sleep, get it. The moon will be in Libra, the sign of partnership, so if you feel you need a doctor or other one-on-one advisor to help you, you'd find the right expert for you now.
